Shaneen Ford is a veteran of the wellness industry serving a bevy of clients for the past 11 years. In those 11 years Shaneen has taught several different modalities including cycle, boxing, body sculpt, HIIT, CrossFit and more. She also thoroughly enjoys working 1-on-1 with clients through personal training as well as nutrition counseling.
Shaneen found joy in athletics at a very young age and went on to succeed in soccer, basketball, tennis and football in high school. Pushing the limits is nothing new to Shaneen as she was one of the first females to participate in Texas High School Football for Manor High School. From there she went on to play NCAA Div I tennis for Sam Houston State University. She continues her love for athletics and competition through CrossFit and many other local fitness competitions.
Her passion in life is to help people find their way to living out a healthy lifestyle. Looking at fitness and nutrition as means to longevity in life, she hopes to positively impact each person she works with. “Don’t let the scale define you. Be Active. Be Healthy. Be Happy.” She is a certified personal trainer through AFAA, as well as a certified Crossfit Level 1 and Crossfit Endurance coach. “My scars tell a story…they are reminders of when life tried to break me, but couldn’t.”
