Rachel comes to Westlake CrossFit after having her life positively and utterly transformed by fitness. While active her entire life, it wasn’t until she discovered the power of training for performance that everything “clicked.” She is a fan of heavy lifting, kettlebells, metabolic conditioning, and yoga.
With a background in business operations and admin, she transitioned her career into fitness in 2014. As a mom and former desk jockey, she is acutely aware of the health challenges both parents and the modern workforce face everyday. She is passionate about making vitality and wellness available for everyone, both mentally and physically.
Outside of WLCF, Rachel is a personal trainer and runs an online fitness coaching business. In her free time, she enjoys partaking in the active lifestyle Austin offers, drinking plenty of iced espresso and beer, spending time with her family, and squeezing in yoga and improvised movement flows whenever possible. Rachel is always trying to learn more about fitness, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
