Eric has a Bachelor of Science from Texas State University in Nutrition & Foods and is Level 2 Precision Nutrition Coach. He has been working with individuals to better improve their health through a holistic approach since 2007. He has a background and certifications in personal training, Crossfit, Hybrid Training (Military) and Olympic Weightlifting allowing him to adapt a nutrition protocol to any athlete or human.
He is currently a Captain serving on Active duty as a liaison for the Texas Army National Guard and has been serving this great nation since 1999. “Crossfit pushes me mentally and physically, making me a more resilient leader and person. I am drawn to it because of its focus on community and overall wellness. I plan to be doing this for as long as God will let me”.
Besides his service in the Army, Eric is a nutritionist and works with multiple affiliates and gyms in the Austin area on educating their members on how to live healthier lives.
