If your interested in our group training, and want to see what were all about, come on in and lets meet! Check our class schedule and come in to watch any of our group classes. There is no better way to get a feel for what we do than to come in and see it happen. You can come in and observe as many classes as you like. If you like what you see, then you can schedule a time with one of our trainers for a free 45 minute INTRo Session.
Our INTRO session is a complimentary one-on-one training session during which you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a workout for yourself. It is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking becoming a member. It’s purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. .
Before joining our group classes as a full member, you’ll take our Elements Series. Elements is our introductory sequence designed to create an opportunity for us to learn about you and to teach you the basic techniques of common movements found in our program. Each session lasts approximately one hour and is taught by a CrossFit trainer. Elements Workshops are a mandatory prerequisite for general membership.
As part of our Elements series, we offer new athletes 3 free drop-ins so that you can experience the rhythm of a class and the energy of the group setting.
