What are you guys?
We are an evidence based strength and conditioning program built on Knowledge and Experience. Our approach upholds integrity to exercise and movement, all the while maintaining an evolving mind. We have chosen to build our program with a brand of Strength and Conditioning that isn’t based on popular demand but rather on techniques and tools that have stood the test of time.
Who can participate?
We have programs for all ages and ability levels. We have proven success with children, elite athletes, and older adults. Our approach challenges an individual at their current level of fitness and progressively moves each person to greater levels of fitness while keeping their goals in mind.
What kind of results can I expect?
You can expect improvement in all areas such as cardio endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power , speed, coordination, agility , balance and accuracy. As a result in improvement in these areas, one can expect increase in lean muscle and decreased body fat.
I don’t want to be an athlete, what if I just want to be healthy?
An overwhelming majority of our members share the goal of just wanting to be healthy and not train to be an elite athlete. We have training programs designed to help with both goals. Whether your looking to increase your athletic performance or improve your fitness in a general sense, we can help.
I’m a female, will I get bulky?
No. You have to train a certain way to get big and bulky. We do not train in this manner. Females following our program consistently with proper nutrition will develop a lean and athletic physique. Yes we have individualized nutrition counseling as well as community nutrition challenges as well.
