Step one: Schedule an Intro
If your interested in our group training, and want to see what were all about, come on in. Check our class schedule online and come in to watch any of our group classes. There is no better way to get a feel for CrossFit than to come in and see it happen. You can come in and observe as many classes as you like. If you like what you see than you can schedule a time with one of our trainers for a free 45 minute INTRO and workout.
Our INTRO session is a complimentary one-on-one training session during which you'll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. It is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking a class. It's purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. After your INTRO, you can choose to move on to the Elements Workshop.

Step two: Elements
Your next step is an Elements Workshop, which is a series of six one on one training sessions that will teach you the basic techniques of CrossFit (including key movements from gymnastics, weight training, Olympic lifting, and kettlebelling) and ramp you up to full CrossFit intensity. Each session lasts approximately one hour and is taught by a certified CrossFit trainer. Elements Workshops are a mandatory pre-requisite for general membership.*
*If you have been CrossFitting for years or have an extensive background in functional movement training (Deadlift, Back/Front/OH Squat, Press/Push Press/Push Jerk, Olympic lifting, Rowing, Kipping pullups, Muscle Ups) you may skip Elements provided you pass a thorough techinque test.
Step three: Full membersip
After completion of the Elements Workshop, you can now enroll into our monthly membership. This allows you to come in to as many classes as you'd like.
Private Coaching
One-on-one coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. One-on-one coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
