Each session lasts approximately one hour and is taught by a CrossFit trainer. Elements Workshops are a mandatory prerequisite for general membership.

Do you have CrossFit Experience?
If you are an experienced CrossFitter, you have the option of doing an Elements test-out instead. Test-outs take about an hour, are scheduled one-on-one with a coach and are $50. Test-outs are looking to
determine if an athlete has a baseline understanding in the mechanics of our fundamental movement and the ability to safely perform them.
During the test out process, a Westlake Crossfit trainer will take you through a series of movements to determine if you have the basic skills taught in our Elements series. Weʼre not looking for intensity, just proper mechanics and a solid understanding of gross movement fundamentals.Contact us if you are interested in an Elements test-out.
