Strength and Conditioning
Group Strength and Conditioning training is focused on creating a generally physically prepared individual by building a solid foundation of movement skills, beginning with bodyweight and progressing to simple tools such as medballs, barbells and kettlebells. Our classes are truly suited for all fitness levels. We train to develop competency in each of the 10 physical general skills (flexibility, strength, power, coordination, agility, cardio endurance, stamina, speed and balance). With periodized programming and an individualized approach, individuals can expect well thought out training protocols capable of meeting the individual at their current fitness level. We pride ourselves in making sure we meet individuals at their current fitness levels and help them develop from there in a safe and effective manner. Group classes are kept small (no more than 10) in order to ensure that a coach can give each individual the attention they need and deserve.
Hybrid Metabolic Training
Fast-paced circuit training. Burn fat, build muscle, and boost your fitness with Metabolic Resistance Training. MRT features kettlebells, free weights, and bodyweight functional movements with minimal rest to maximize metabolic disturbance.
Our program is geared toward improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. It is unlike traditional long, slow distance training in that we eliminate unnecessary volume (junk miles) and increase the intensity of the training sessions.
Long duration training necessitates low intensity, and it results in athletes who are less powerful, less lean and more prone to injury. We will make you faster. We will make you leaner. We will increase your power.
