Join us Saturday, October 1st for West Austin Strength and Conditioning’s first ever Day of Wellness; a complete day dedicated to educating you on how to treat your body from a holistic perspective. True health is not only about the physical body, it includes health emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
We will start the morning off with education on how to live a healthy lifestyle by understanding how certain foods affect us and how to reduce daily stress with Coach Eric. After, you will have the opportunity to get an injury assessment and learn how to properly foam roll from our friends at Westlake Arosti. We will wrap up the morning by helping you restore and ground by offering a 45 mins Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice led by Je’Von.
Snap Kitchen will be providing some healthy snacks and drinks to keep you charged.
