I recently completed an 8-week nutritional challenge with Eric. I am a 49-year old women dealing with all the hormonal changes typical of this age… Including decreased energy, weight gain, and overall “blah” feeling.
Although I was working out, I knew my eating was not on point. Not horrible by any measure, but still not making the best decisions at times regarding carbs and alcohol. I needed a reset!
I followed Eric’s guidelines to a tee… 8 weeks later, I was a full 10 pounds lighter, with a 3% decrease in body fat. In addition, my energy levels stayed more constant during the day; the typical afternoon desire for a nap pretty much went away.
I’ll be honest: the first week or two is not super-easy; it’s hard to break some habits and cravings. But, after a while, the enhanced energy plus the physical benefits outweighed the initial uncomfortable feeling.
I would encourage anyone to work with Eric, whether doing a short nutritional challenge, or on a long-term coaching basis. He knows his stuff, he is supportive and motivating, and is passionate about his work.
