Training of the Day

12 minutes to find your 1-RM Snatch (or Power Snatch);

then


12 minutes to find your 1-RM Clean (or Power Clean);

then


4 minutes for max reps lateral  burpee

*****Score workout by adding snatch weight, clean weight, and burpees completed for total score –e.g., 175 + 245 + 75 = 495.

1. Ugh, it has been a frustrating couple of weeks for me. Injury and lackluster performance have been the norm. My wife had to remind me this morning that it is in the tough times that we get stronger. Now is the time to persevere, stay grounded in the word and remember where my strength comes from. Only then will I be better.

2. Word up brotha! Everytime Ive been beaten down, I have learned something and come back stronger! Stay in there and it will happen! And Jenn, No half-assing it tomorrow!
